Workover / Drilling Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Planning and supervising drilling, workover, and well service operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and environmental standards
• Leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
• Providing technical expertise and problem-solving during field operations
• Preparing operational reports and coordinating with onshore/offshore management
Requirements:
• Engineering Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in drilling, workover, or well services
• Valid offshore/onshore certificates (where applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
