Job Description:
An exciting offshore construction project in the Black Sea is set to begin in 2026, and we are looking for skilled SIP professionals to join the team. The project will involve scaffolding, insulation, and painting operations aboard offshore facilities. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Europe and a proven track record in offshore or industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform and supervise scaffolding, insulation, or painting activities as per assigned role
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
• Conduct equipment checks and maintain work standards offshore
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for efficient task completion
• Report daily progress and ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements:
• Valid offshore or industrial work certifications (as applicable to the trade)
• Medical fitness certificate and relevant safety training
• Right to work in Europe (EU passport or valid permit required)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a similar offshore or construction role
