Job Description:
For an upcoming FPSO transit / relocation project, we are looking for qualified and motivated seafarers to join an FPSO unit on a fixed-term contract. The sailing area is Europe (UK / EU waters) . Contract duration is 140 days with joining in May – June (TBC) .
FPSO experience is not mandatory. Candidates without FPSO background will be considered, provided they have solid experience on large oil tankers such as Aframax, Suezmax, or VLCC.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Deck Department:
· Safe navigation, vessel operations, and transit management in compliance with international regulations
· Watchkeeping, mooring operations, and deck maintenance
Engine Department:
· Management of engine room operations, maintenance, and repair of propulsion and auxiliary machinery
· Pump, mechanical, and electrical systems operation and troubleshooting
Catering:
· Meal preparation, food stock management, hygiene compliance, and catering support

Requirements:

Deck Master 36 months
Deck Chief Officer 24 months
Deck Officer of the Watch (OOW) 18 months
Deck Deck Ratings (Bosun, AB, OS, Deckhand) 18 months
Engine Chief Engineer 36 months
Engine Second Engineer (2/E) 24 months
Engine Engineer Officer of the Watch (3/E / EOW) 18 months
Engine Engine Ratings (Pumpman, Oiler, Motorman, Wiper, Mechanic) 18 months
Catering Cook 24 months
General Requirements (all positions):
· Valid CoC according to rank
· Valid STCW certificates
· Oil Tanker Certificate (basic / advanced as per rank)
· Valid medical certification
· Good safety awareness and communication skills
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· FPSO experience is not mandatory – solid experience on Aframax, Suezmax, or VLCC will be considered
· Availability: Must be available for joining in May – June (TBC)
