Job Description:
IRES Ship Management is urgently seeking experienced marine professionals to join our FLNG vessel operating under ENI in Congo. This is a dynamic offshore project with a 6-weeks-on/off rotation. Crew members will work on deck, cargo, and maintenance operations, ensuring safe and efficient management of vessel systems and operations. All positions require prior experience on FLNG/FPSO vessels and valid rank documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Oversee and manage daily vessel operations in assigned department
• Ensure compliance with safety, HSE, and operational procedures
• Coordinate team tasks and maintain proper communication with other departments
• Monitor equipment and cargo handling operations
• Report to senior management regarding operations and safety issues

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in similar offshore FLNG/FPSO positions
• Valid documents as per rank (Master Mariner, Chief Mate, Officer of the Watch, AB, etc.)
• OPITO certificates or equivalent as required for specific positions
