We are hiring for Drilling Rigs and a Workover Rig in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Toolpusher / Night Toolpusher:
· Supervision of all drilling operations, crew management, and compliance with safety and operational procedures
· Coordination with client representatives and ensuring drilling targets are met
Safety Officer:
· Implementation and monitoring of HSE policies, conducting safety drills, inspections, and risk assessments
· Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards
Driller / Assistant Driller:
· Operation of drilling controls, supervision of floor crew, and execution of drilling programs as directed
· Monitoring drilling parameters and maintaining accurate records
Senior Mechanic / Senior Electrician:
· Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical or electrical systems on drilling rigs and workover rigs
· Supervision of maintenance teams and management of spare parts inventory

Requirements:
Position Experience Requirement
Toolpusher Proven experience on drilling rigs or workover rigs in a supervisory role
Night Toolpusher Proven experience on drilling rigs or workover rigs in a supervisory role
Safety Officer Proven HSE experience in oil & gas / drilling operations
Driller Proven experience as Driller on drilling rigs or workover rigs
Assistant Driller Proven experience as Assistant Driller on drilling rigs or workover rigs
Senior Mechanic Proven experience as Senior Mechanic on drilling rigs or workover rigs
Senior Electrician Proven experience as Senior Electrician on drilling rigs or workover rigs
General Requirements (all positions):
· Valid offshore / onshore safety certificates as required (e.g., IADC/IWCF for drilling roles)
· Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Must be available for 28/28 rotation
