Job Description:
Successful candidates will be responsible for managing, supervising, or executing rig site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, operational efficiency, and safety performance. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support ongoing drilling projects across Iraq.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee or support drilling and well operations on-site
• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and safety procedures
• Coordinate with rig crew, engineers, and contractors
• Monitor equipment performance and operational efficiency
• Manage rig reports, documentation, and planning activities
• Provide technical support and leadership to on-site teams

Requirements:
• Managerial positions: Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience with a rig site background
• Other positions: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant rig site experience
• Rig experience is mandatory for all positions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international, fast-paced environment
