Job Description
Major drilling operations in the United Arab Emirates are urgently seeking experienced professionals to join their drilling projects. The employer is looking for qualified personnel with relevant drilling rig, UAE, or offshore oil & gas experience.
Selected candidates will participate in an online interview next week. The positions are offered on a 60 days ON / 30 days OFF rotation. Accommodation, food, and transportation are provided, while 60% of the total salary is paid during the off period, as stated in the advertisement.
Open Positions & Salary
- Field Safety Engineer (FSE): AED 6,500–7,000
- Tool Pusher: AED 9,500–10,000
- Driller: AED 8,000–8,500
- Assistant Driller: AED 6,000–6,500
- Derrickman: AED 3,000–3,250
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform assigned drilling, rig operations, safety, and supervisory duties according to the position.
- Ensure drilling activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain drilling equipment relevant to the assigned position.
- Supervise and coordinate crew members where required and ensure effective teamwork during operations.
- Comply with all applicable HSE requirements, operational procedures, and site safety standards.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in drilling rigs, UAE drilling projects, or offshore oil & gas operations.
- Previous experience in the same or similar position is required.
- Relevant technical qualifications and competency certificates applicable to the position.
- Valid STCW certificates: As applicable to the position / not specified by the employer.
- Medical fitness certificate: Required for deployment; specific certificate not specified by the employer.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Availability to participate in an online interview next week.
