Job Overview:
Ventia, Australia’s largest provider of onshore drilling and well servicing, is seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join our growing operations team. We are currently looking for experienced crew members for various drilling and well servicing roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain rig and well servicing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support drilling operations in accordance with operational and safety standards.
• Conduct daily rig maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Assist in rig-up and rig-down activities.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in the oil and gas drilling or well servicing sector.
• Valid industry certifications (BOSIET, Rig Pass, or equivalent).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in remote onshore environments.
• Commitment to safety and continuous learning.
