Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced drilling professionals to join our expanding operations in Libya. The successful candidates will support safe, efficient, and high-performance drilling activities across multiple rig sites. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of drilling and maintenance activities.
• Perform duties relevant to each position in accordance with company standards and international oil & gas practices.
• Maintain equipment integrity and support continuous operational reliability.
• Participate in safety programs, toolbox talks, and hazard identification.
• Support the rig team during critical operations and contribute to strong QHSE performance.
• Follow procedures, report deviations, and actively contribute to operational improvements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in drilling operations within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong understanding of rig operations, drilling equipment, and HSE standards.
• Valid industry-related certifications (IWCF/IADC for drilling roles preferred).
• Ability to work in multicultural teams and challenging field environments.
• Good communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Availability for rotation in Libya.
