Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary by role and may include:
• Installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ESP systems
• Conducting dismantling, inspection, and failure analysis on ESP equipment
• Ensuring optimal ESP performance through monitoring and optimization programs
• Performing workshop repair, teardown, and reassembly activities
• Supervising ESP field operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Supporting wellhead, SCADA, and surface equipment activities
• Completing job documentation, reporting, and technical evaluations
• Ensuring adherence to HSE policies and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant oil & gas industry experience (depending on the role)
• Strong understanding of ESP equipment, installation, surface systems, and well operations
• Technical qualifications relevant to each position
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• SCADA, wellhead, or reliability experience is required for respective roles
• Ability to join on short notice preferred
