Job Description:
Selected candidates will join ongoing drilling and workover rig operations under BDSI’s projects in Indonesia. The roles involve operational leadership, technical supervision, and adherence to the company’s safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities (General):
• Perform duties according to the assigned position and project scope.
• Ensure safe and efficient drilling/workover operations.
• Maintain compliance with company and industry HSE standards.
• Support continuous improvement and operational reliability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in the applied position (drilling/workover rig).
• Valid and relevant professional & competency certificates.
• Willingness to be assigned to BDSI’s operational area in Duri – Riau, Indonesia.
• Indonesian Nationals (WNI) only.
• Maximum age: 55 years old.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety.
