Location: Bangladesh / Onshore & Offshore Drilling Operations

Job Description:
We are urgently seeking qualified and experienced drilling crew to join our operations in Bangladesh. The project involves onshore and offshore drilling activities, requiring skilled personnel across drilling, mechanical, electrical, welding, mud logging, TRS, cementing, and catering teams. A competitive remuneration package, group insurance, and 28/14 days rotation will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Execute drilling and support tasks according to operational standards
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules and company procedures
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as per role
• Support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted drilling operations

Requirements:
• Valid offshore / drilling certificates (as applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant experience in drilling operations (position-specific)

• Drilling Crew: Driller, Assistant Driller, Derrickman, Roughneck / Floor man, Roustabout
• Mechanical & Electrical: Mechanic, Assistant Mechanic, Electrician, Assistant Electrician, Welder
• Specialized Units: TRS Crew (all), Cementing Unit Crew (all), Mud Logging Unit Crew (all)
• Catering & Camp Services: Campboss, Chief Cook, Night Cook / Baker, Assistant Cook, Laundryman, Chief Steward, Steward
