Job Description
ARO Drilling is currently recruiting experienced offshore drilling professionals to join its fleet of high-specification jack-up drilling rigs operating in Saudi Arabia.
The company is seeking skilled personnel across drilling, maintenance, electrical, safety, lifting, and management disciplines to support safe and efficient offshore drilling operations in accordance with international oil & gas and offshore safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned position and company procedures
- Support safe offshore drilling and maintenance operations
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Saudi offshore regulations
- Participate in emergency drills and toolbox meetings
- Maintain operational readiness of drilling and support equipment
- Work effectively within a multinational offshore crew
- Contribute to safe and efficient drilling performance
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous offshore drilling experience in the applied position
- Experience on offshore jack-up drilling rigs preferred
- Valid STCW certification (where applicable)
- Valid offshore certifications relevant to the position
- Valid Passport and Medical Certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in demanding offshore environments
