Job Description
A leading offshore maritime company is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers for deployment onboard FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) vessels.
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting navigation, engine room operations, electrical maintenance, crane operations, deck activities, cargo handling, and ensuring compliance with international maritime safety standards and offshore operational procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for maritime professionals with previous FPSO or offshore vessel experience who are looking to advance their careers in the offshore oil and gas sector.

Deck Department
- Chief Officer (CO) – USD 400–500/day
- Second Officer (2/O) – USD 250/day
- Third Officer (3/O) – USD 150–200/day
- Boatswain (Bosun) – USD 230/day
- Able Seaman (AB) x3 – USD 70/day
Engine Department
- Second Engineer (2/E) – USD 400–500/day
- Third Engineer (3/E) – USD 150–200/day
- Motorman x3 – USD 70/day
Technical Department
- ETO (Electro-Technical Officer) – USD 300/day
- Crane Operator x2 – USD 230/day
Job Responsibilities
- Support safe FPSO and offshore operations
- Perform navigation and watchkeeping duties
- Maintain engine room machinery and equipment
- Carry out electrical and automation maintenance
- Operate cranes and lifting equipment safely
- Conduct deck maintenance, cargo handling, and mooring operations
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and offshore regulations
- Participate in emergency response and safety drills
- Maintain operational readiness and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- All certificates and documents must have a minimum validity of 18 months
- Good English communication skills
- Professional attitude and strong teamwork abilities
- Minimum 2 completed contracts in the same rank and vessel type
- Previous FPSO or offshore vessel experience preferred
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Strong safety awareness and operational competence
