Job Responsibilities

• Perform duties according to the assigned position and company procedures
• Support safe and efficient offshore drilling, marine, maintenance, and Oil & Gas operations
• Operate, monitor, maintain, and inspect relevant equipment and systems
• Follow approved operational procedures, work permits, risk assessments, and lifting plans
• Maintain high standards of HSE compliance and offshore safety
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, drills, and emergency response procedures
• Maintain equipment, work areas, and operational readiness
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary offshore team

Requirements

General Requirements

• Proven experience in Offshore Oil & Gas operations
• Relevant qualifications and certifications for the applied position
• Previous experience in the same or similar offshore role
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and offshore safety procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong safety awareness and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding offshore environment
• Valid certificates, medical fitness documentation, and seafarer's documents as applicable to the position

Position-Specific Requirements

Drilling Positions

• Relevant offshore drilling experience in the applied position
• Appropriate technical qualifications and certifications

Marine & Crane Positions

• Relevant marine/offshore experience
• Valid qualifications and certificates applicable to the position
• Crane operators should hold appropriate crane operator certification

Electrical & Mechanical Positions

• Relevant technical qualifications and offshore experience
• Appropriate electrical, mechanical, or engine-room certifications as applicable

HSE Positions

• Relevant offshore HSE experience
• Appropriate safety qualifications and certifications

Materials, Procurement & Engineering Positions

• Relevant Oil & Gas/offshore experience in the applicable discipline
• Appropriate technical, procurement, materials, or engineering qualifications
