Job Description
Orion Capital Limited is currently recruiting qualified and experienced professionals for offshore FPSO operations in Tunisia.
The company is seeking experienced marine, offshore, production, and engineering personnel to support safe and efficient FPSO operations. Tunisian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply for these opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to the assigned position and company procedures.
- Support safe and efficient FPSO and offshore operations.
- Carry out deck, rigging, engine-room, maintenance, production, or safety activities as applicable.
- Operate and maintain assigned equipment and systems.
- Support offshore maintenance, cargo handling, lifting, and production operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and report unsafe or abnormal conditions.
- Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, emergency drills, and safety meetings.
- Ensure compliance with STCW, OPITO, company HSE procedures, and applicable offshore regulations.
- Maintain operational readiness throughout the assignment.
- Work effectively within a professional multinational offshore team.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Relevant experience in the applied position.
- Previous offshore / FPSO experience preferred and required where specified.
- Valid STCW certification applicable to the position.
- Relevant sea-time / offshore experience in the respective position.
- Valid Seaman's Book.
- Valid OPITO BOSIET / FOET.
- Valid OGUK Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Valid Passport.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
- Physically and medically fit for offshore operations.
Minimum Experience Requirements
Safety Officer
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Offshore / FPSO experience preferred.
Able Seaman (AB) / Rigger
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Offshore / FPSO experience preferred.
Ordinary Seaman (OS) / General Purpose (GP)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous offshore experience preferred.
Motorman
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Offshore / FPSO engine-room experience preferred.
Production Operator
- Minimum 3 years of relevant production/offshore experience.
- FPSO or Oil & Gas production experience preferred.
Wiper
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous offshore engine-room experience preferred.
