Team Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced offshore professionals for multiple upcoming assignments across the North Sea, Aberdeen, and Holland during August–September 2026.
The available opportunities include drilling, electrical, electronic, marine planning, and offshore support positions. Candidates must have relevant offshore experience, valid certifications, and be available for the specified mobilisation dates.
• Driller – Rig Skid – Aberdeen | Mobilisation: 31 August 2026 | Duration: 5–7 days
• Derrickman – Aberdeen | Mobilisation: 17 August 2026 | Duration: 3 weeks
• Stage 3 Roustabout – Aberdeen | Mobilisation: ASAP | Duration: 2–3 weeks
• Chief Electronic Technician – Holland | Mobilisation: 18 August 2026 | Duration: 2 weeks
• Senior Electrician – Aberdeen | Mobilisation: 20 August 2026 | Duration: 3 weeks
• Marine Planner – Aberdeen | Mobilisation: 1 September 2026 | Duration: 3 weeks
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned offshore position
• Support drilling, rig, marine, electrical, and technical operations
• Operate, inspect, and maintain relevant offshore equipment and systems
• Follow offshore safety procedures, risk assessments, and permit-to-work requirements
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency procedures
• Maintain a high standard of operational efficiency, safety, and housekeeping
• Work effectively within a professional offshore team
• Proven experience in the relevant position
• Valid offshore training and certification package applicable to the role
• Valid offshore medical certificate
• Valid passport and required work authorization where applicable
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements and safe working practices
• Good English communication skills
• Physically and medically fit for offshore work
• Immediate availability for positions marked ASAP
Driller – Rig Skid
• Proven Driller experience
• Manual Derrick experience is essential
• Previous rig skid / drilling operations experience preferred
Chief Electronic Technician
• Relevant electronic / instrumentation / automation qualifications
• Previous offshore experience in a senior electronic technical role
Stage 3 Roustabout
• Previous offshore roustabout experience
• Valid Stage 3 certification required
Marine Planner
• Previous experience in offshore marine planning
• Strong knowledge of marine logistics, scheduling, and planning procedures
Senior Electrician
• Relevant electrical qualification
• Previous senior electrician experience in offshore operations
Derrickman
• Proven offshore Derrickman experience
• Relevant drilling and offshore certifications
• Ability to work safely at height
• Operating Area: North Sea / Aberdeen / Holland
• Employment Type: Contract / Short-Term Projects
• Mobilisation Dates: 17 August – 1 September 2026, depending on position
• Contract Duration: 5 days to 3 weeks, depending on assignment
• Salary: Competitive, based on position and experience
