Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Conducting drilling, maintenance, and rig operations as per assigned role
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and operational procedures
• Supervising crew activities and equipment handling (for supervisory roles)
• Supporting daily rig operations, tool handling, and deck activities
• Maintaining accurate logs and reporting operational status to superiors

Requirements:
• Valid relevant drilling and safety certifications (as per position)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Only Indian nationals eligible
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in the Oil & Gas drilling sector (experience may vary by position)
