Job Description:
Drilling project/ OIIL & Gas Project. A leading steel construction company in Dubai is urgently hiring skilled workers for fabrication and construction projects. The roles are land-based (not vessel-based), involving workshop and site work in piping, welding, rigging, and mechanical support.
The company offers free recruitment with employment visa provided upon arrival. Candidates will work in a fabrication workshop environment with standard working conditions. Client interviews will be conducted in Navi Mumbai, India.
Open Positions:
• Piping Foreman – 05 positions
• Pipe Fabricator – 30 positions
• TIG and ARC Welder – 30 positions
• ARC Welder – 10 positions
• Rigger – 30 positions
• Spray Painter – 10 positions
• Sand Blaster – 10 positions
• Mechanical Helpers – 50 positions
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing fabrication, welding, and piping tasks as per project requirements
• Operating tools and machinery safely in a workshop environment
• Assisting in installation, maintenance, and repair of steel structures
• Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Supporting supervisors and team members in daily operations
Requirements:
• Medical fitness certificate
• Basic English communication skills
• Only Indian Nationals
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fabrication workshop or similar roles
• Relevant trade skills depending on position (welder, rigger, fabricator, etc.)
