Job Description:
A leading oil & gas company is recruiting experienced professionals for Workover Drilling Operations on 100–150 Ton Workover Rigs. The company is seeking qualified personnel across multiple operational and maintenance positions to support safe and efficient workover activities. Candidates with relevant workover rig experience and valid industry certifications are encouraged to apply.

Floorman
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform drilling and workover operations safely and efficiently.
Operate and maintain drilling equipment in accordance with company procedures.
Supervise drilling crews and support daily rig activities (for supervisory positions).
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and operational standards.
Maintain equipment, complete operational reports, and support maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates (if applicable)
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Hands-on experience working on 100–150 Ton Workover Rigs
Relevant workover rig experience is essential for all positions
Valid IWCF or IADC Certification is mandatory for:
Rig Incharge / Toolpusher
Driller / Shift Incharge
Assistant Driller
