• Safe and efficient operations of assigned offshore role.
• Supporting production, mechanical, electrical, and marine activities.
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff where applicable.
• Ensuring full compliance with HSE standards and client requirements.

• Minimum years of offshore experience according to role (see above).
• Valid offshore safety certifications (BOSIET / HUET / H2S).
• Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Proven offshore experience in similar position.
• Strong English communication skills.
