Crew for Offshore Drilling Project

Job Description

Team Recruitment is urgently recruiting experienced offshore and shipyard professionals for multiple opportunities throughout the remainder of October and the beginning of November 2026.

Positions are available across drilling operations, rig crews, and technical trades. Some vacancies require immediate starts, so candidates who are available at short notice are encouraged to apply.

All positions are offered on a PAYE basis (Pay As You Earn).

Drilling and Rig Operations

• Roustabout – Stage 1
• Roustabout – Stage 3
• Floorhand
• Driller
• Derrickman

Technical and Specialist Positions

• Chief ET (Chief Electrical Technician)
• Welder
• Assistant Crane Operator (ACO)

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Carry out drilling, rig-floor, and general offshore duties according to the assigned position.
• Assist with equipment handling, rig maintenance, and operational support.
• Perform welding and technical tasks in accordance with project specifications.
• Support crane operations and lifting activities where applicable.
• Comply with offshore safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Relevant offshore, drilling, or shipyard experience for the position applied for.
• Valid certificates and qualifications relevant to the role.
• Valid offshore safety training and medical certification, where required.
• Roustabout applicants must hold the relevant Stage 1 or Stage 3 qualification.
• Good understanding of offshore health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Availability for urgent starts during October–November 2026 is preferred.
