Drillmar Resources is currently expanding its talent pool and seeking experienced Platform Drill Crew personnel for upcoming offshore drilling assignments.
Successful candidates will support drilling operations, rig floor activities, equipment handling, and overall offshore rig functionality while maintaining full compliance with company procedures, offshore safety regulations, and international oil and gas industry standards.
These roles are suitable for offshore professionals with proven drilling rig experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in demanding offshore environments.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Supervising and conducting drilling and well operations
• Operating and monitoring drilling equipment and rig systems
• Ensuring safe and efficient drilling performance
• Supporting well control and drilling safety procedures
• Handling tubulars, drill pipe, and casing operations
• Supporting tripping, drilling, and completion operations
• Maintaining drilling equipment and tools
• Assisting crane and lifting operations
• Performing routine inspection and maintenance of drilling equipment
• Ensuring operational readiness of rig machinery and systems
• Reporting technical issues to supervisors
• Ensuring full compliance with offshore HSE standards
• Participating in safety drills and emergency response procedures
• Maintaining safe working practices and operational awareness
• Supporting teamwork and effective communication onboard
Candidates must have the following mandatory qualifications:
• Proven offshore drilling rig experience in the applied position
• Valid OPITO Approved Survival Certificate (BOSIET or FOET with CA-EBS)
• Valid OGUK Medical Certificate with Bideltoid Shoulder Measurements
• Valid MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training) Certificate
• Valid Passport and offshore documentation
• Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset
• Ability to work in rotational offshore schedules
• Good English communication skills
Candidates without the required offshore certifications and drilling experience will not be considered.
