Wood is currently gauging interest from experienced offshore professionals for long-term rotational roles with a key client operating an offshore FSU in Turkey.
These positions offer stable, long-duration employment on a 28/28 rotation, supporting ongoing offshore production, marine, maintenance, and operations activities. Successful candidates will work in a highly regulated offshore environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations in line with company procedures, international offshore standards, and HSE requirements.

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting safe offshore operations on board the FSU
• Managing PTW systems and ensuring permit compliance (PTW Coordinator)
• Monitoring marine operations and vessel safety (MCRO / Marine roles)
• Supervision and execution of deck operations and maintenance activities
• Operation and monitoring of production systems and control room equipment
• Electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and telecoms maintenance and troubleshooting
• Materials handling, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and offshore regulations
• Accurate reporting and coordination with offshore and onshore management teams
• Proven offshore experience relevant to the applied position
• Experience on FSU, FPSO, or offshore production facilities (preferred)
• Valid offshore certificates relevant to role (as applicable)
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset
• Ability to work effectively on a rotational basis
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in a multicultural offshore environment
