OPEN ROLES – FPSO VESSEL
Hiring Experienced Offshore Professionals
We are seeking qualified and experienced personnel to join an FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) vessel operating offshore Guyana.
Candidates must have strong offshore backgrounds relevant to their position and be able to work safely and efficiently in a dynamic production environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The project includes responsibilities in marine operations, production systems, mechanical maintenance, control room operations, cargo handling, and overall FPSO facility support.
Selected candidates will be part of a multidisciplinary team ensuring safe and continuous production operations, mooring activities, cargo transfer, and equipment maintenance.
These roles require excellent teamwork, technical competence, and a solid understanding of offshore safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
May include but are not limited to:
Marine Roles (AB, Mooring Master, Assistant)
- Perform and supervise mooring operations
- Assist with cargo hose handling and deck operations
- Maintain deck equipment in safe operational condition
- Ensure marine operational readiness and compliance
Production & Cargo Roles (CRO, Production Supervisor, Cargo Tech, GP Operator, Pumpman)
- Monitor and operate production systems from the control room
- Oversee cargo loading/unloading processes
- Operate pumps, valves, separators, and related production equipment
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support daily production activities
- Maintain logs, reports, and safety documentation
Mechanical Technician
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Ensure equipment reliability and support planned maintenance
- Perform inspections and corrective actions as required
HSSE Technician
- Promote and enforce safety procedures across all FPSO operations
- Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and hazard reporting
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and company safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory
- Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
- Offshore medical certificate
- BOSIET / FOET or equivalent
- Strong experience in FPSO operations or offshore industry
- Good English communication skills
- Documents valid minimum 18 months (recommended)
Position-Specific
- CRO & Production Supervisor: Strong process operations background
- Cargo Tech / GP Operator / Pumpman: FPSO cargo & marine systems experience
- Mechanical Tech: Mechanical trade qualification + offshore experience
- Mooring Master: Mooring/terminal experience with tankers or FPSO preferred
- HSSE Tech: Offshore HSE certification and previous HSE experience
