Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Control of Work Supervisor:
· Supervision and coordination of all work activities, ensuring compliance with safety management systems and permit-to-work procedures
· Risk assessment, isolation planning, and verification of safe working conditions
Assistant Maintenance Supervisor:
· Supervision of maintenance activities, watchkeeping duties, and operation of steam turbine systems
· Coordination of engineering teams and compliance with planned maintenance schedules
Cargo Operator:
· Cargo loading, discharge, and monitoring operations in accordance with safety and environmental standards
· Operation of cargo pumps, valves, and associated systems
Cargo Supervisor:
· Management of all cargo operations, including planning, execution, and safety compliance
· Supervision of cargo team and liaison with vessel management and terminal personnel
Crane Operator:
· Safe operation of cranes for cargo handling, supply vessel operations, and equipment transfers
· Routine inspection, maintenance, and testing of crane equipment in compliance with company procedures

Requirements:
Position Qualifications Experience
Control of Work Supervisor [As per company standards] Minimum 1 year experience as Control of Work Supervisor on FPSO
Assistant Maintenance Supervisor Qualified to EOOW STCW Reg A-III/1 Minimum 2 years experience as a watchkeeping Marine Engineer AND 1 year of experience as steam turbine watchkeeper
Cargo Operator STCW Reg A-II/4 certification Minimum 3 years experience as Pumpman on oil tankers (VLCC experience preferred)
Cargo Supervisor STCW II/2 Master of ships of 3000gt or more plus DCE for Petroleum / Gas as appropriate Minimum 5 years sea service on Crude Oil Tankers (VLCC preferred) with at least 3 years as Chief Officer. Additional experience at Master rank preferable
Crane Operator Recognized qualification of Competence in Crane Operations (Level 3); Certification as per STCW Reg A-II/4 preferred Experience in crane operations on mobile offshore units
General Requirements (all positions):
· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (offshore)
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Must be available for immediate joining
