We are recruiting qualified and experienced personnel for offshore drilling projects operating across Norway, the UK, and the USA.
The projects involve offshore drilling units where safety, technical competence, and teamwork are critical. Selected candidates will join multidisciplinary offshore teams supporting drilling, marine, electrical, mechanical, and barge operations in demanding offshore environments.
These roles require proven offshore or drilling experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in multinational crews under strict operational and HSE standards.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting safe and efficient offshore drilling and marine operations
• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Performing watchkeeping, DP operations, and marine control duties (where applicable)
• Ensuring compliance with company HSE policies, drilling standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participating in emergency response, safety drills, and offshore operational support

• Valid STCW certificates (for marine and DP roles, as applicable)
• Valid Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Proven experience in offshore drilling or drilling support projects
• Role-specific technical qualifications and certifications
• Ability to work in a multicultural offshore environment
• All travel and offshore documents valid (recommended minimum 12–18 months)
