A leading oilfield contracting company in Kuwait is actively recruiting qualified and experienced oil and gas professionals for offshore and onshore drilling and workover operations. This is an opportunity for experienced personnel seeking overseas employment within the oil and gas industry.
The company is looking for candidates with strong operational and technical backgrounds and direct experience working on drilling or workover rigs.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Supervising or performing assigned drilling, workover, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or HSE activities.
- Supporting safe and efficient rig operations in accordance with company procedures.
- Operating, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining relevant rig equipment and systems.
- Ensuring compliance with oilfield safety standards and HSE procedures.
- Coordinating with rig crews and other departments to maintain safe and continuous operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the respective position.
- Direct experience on drilling or workover rigs is mandatory.
- Degree or Diploma qualification in a relevant field, as applicable to the position.
- Relevant technical, operational, or safety certifications for the applied role.
- Strong knowledge of drilling/workover rig operations and applicable HSE requirements.
- Candidates must meet the employer's specific requirements for the position applied for.
- Previous offshore and/or onshore oilfield experience is an advantage, depending on the role.
