Job Description:
Our client is currently looking for experienced drilling and rig professionals for the following positions in East Java:

• Rig Superintendent
• Tool Pusher
• Driller
• Mechanic SPV
• HSE Officer
• Motorman
• Field Coordinator

Candidates must meet the relevant experience, education, and certification requirements for the position applied for. This opportunity is applicable to Indonesian local candidates only, with preference given to candidates based in or around Java Island.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and supporting drilling rig operations
• Coordinating rig crews and daily operational activities
• Ensuring compliance with company HSE and operational procedures
• Maintaining safe and efficient drilling operations
• Performing technical, operational, and supervisory duties according to the assigned position

Requirements:
• Relevant education and experience according to the position applied for
• Rig Superintendent: min. 10 years of experience, including 6 years as Superintendent
• Tool Pusher: min. 8 years of experience, including 4 years as Tool Pusher
• Driller: min. 6 years of experience, including 3 years as Driller
• Mechanic SPV: min. 10 years of experience, including 5 years at supervisory level
• HSE Officer: min. 4 years of Rig HSE experience
• Motorman: min. 2 years of experience, including 1 year as Motorman
• Field Coordinator: min. 2 years of experience
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or High School education, depending on the position
• Valid APB, IADC/IWCF, Juru Bor Darat, K3 MIGAS HSE, K3L Migas, and/or AGT certificates as applicable
• Valid Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET
• Indonesian nationality required
• Candidates based in or around Java Island are preferred
