Falcon Multi Services Ltd. is urgently recruiting experienced drilling professionals for land drilling and workover rig operations in Kuwait.
The company is seeking highly qualified candidates with extensive oil & gas experience to support ongoing drilling and workover projects. Successful applicants will join modern land rigs operating under international safety and operational standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned drilling position
- Supervise safe drilling and workover operations
- Operate drilling equipment in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and well control standards
- Coordinate with rig crews to achieve operational objectives
- Participate in safety meetings and emergency response drills
- Maintain accurate drilling documentation and reports
- Support efficient and safe rig operations
Requirements
General Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas / Land Rig experience
- Previous experience in the applied position
- Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control Certificate preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and safety awareness
- Ability to work in demanding drilling environments
Workover Driller
- Previous Top Drive Rig experience is mandatory
