We are currently hiring qualified and experienced marine and offshore professionals for immediate deployment in Qatar. These roles support ongoing marine, barge, cargo-handling, and offshore operations.

Successful candidates will be involved in vessel navigation, barge operations, cargo handling, mechanical and electrical maintenance, crane operations, deck activities, and marine supervision in accordance with company procedures, Qatari regulations, and international maritime safety standards.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong offshore or marine experience, high safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a demanding operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Navigation and safe operation of marine vessels and barges
• Supervision of barge, cargo, and deck operations
• Operation of mobile and crawler cranes (for certified operators)
• Cargo loading, unloading, and securing operations
• Maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
• Engine room operations and routine maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and site safety regulations
• Coordination with marine, port, and project management teams
• Accurate reporting of operational activities

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the applied position
• Valid STCW certificates (for marine/offshore roles, as applicable)
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Relevant trade or operator certifications (crane, technical, inspection roles)
• Experience in marine, offshore, or industrial projects
• Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset
• Ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure environment
• Good English communication skills
