Job Description
PT Arthindo Utama is currently seeking experienced offshore and drilling professionals to support operations across multiple PHR project locations in Riau, Indonesia.
Successful candidates will contribute to drilling, well servicing, heavy equipment operations, transportation, vacuum services, and field management while maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced oil & gas professionals with previous land drilling or field operations experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe drilling and field operations according to the applied position
- Supervise operational teams and field activities (management positions)
- Perform drilling, rig floor, and derrick operations
- Operate heavy equipment, vacuum systems, or transport vehicles safely
- Conduct routine inspections and equipment maintenance
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and operational standards
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork
Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied position within the oil & gas industry
- Land drilling or field operations experience preferred
- Relevant technical qualifications and certifications for the applied position
- Valid medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge and operational competence
- Excellent safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Physically and medically fit for field operations
