Elite Drilling Limited is expanding its operations with a new onshore drilling project in the southeastern region of Türkiye. We are pleased to announce this development and are seeking experienced and competent local (national) drilling professionals to join our team.

Position Experience Requirement Certification
| Rig Manager  | Minimum 5 years experience  | Valid IWCF or IADC certificate
| Toolpusher (x2)  | Minimum 5 years experience  | Valid IWCF or IADC certificate
| Driller (x4) / Assistant Driller (x4)  | Minimum 3 years experience  | Valid IWCF or IADC certificate
| Derrickman / Floorman  | Minimum 3 years experience  | —
| Worker (Entry-Level)  | No previous experience required  | —
| Mechanic  | Experience in mechanical systems and maintenance of drilling equipment  | —
| Electrician  | Skilled in field electrical maintenance and troubleshooting  | —
| HSE Officer  | Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or Engineering  | —
| Welder  | Valid 3G welding certificate and relevant field experience  | —

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting daily drilling operations under supervision of rig leadership
 • Ensuring compliance with company HSE and operational procedures
• Conducting safe equipment handling, inspection, and maintenance
• Participating in toolbox talks, safety drills, and routine reporting
• Working effectively as part of a performance-driven team

• Valid medical fitness certificate
 • Ability to work in a structured, safety-focused drilling environment
 • Strong teamwork and communication skills
 • Willingness to work in field rotation conditions
 • Local (Turkish) professionals are preferred for this project
