Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting offshore production and drilling operations
• Performing mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance
• Monitoring and maintaining production and process equipment (FPSO personnel)
• Supporting cargo handling and marine transfer operations (Cargo Supervisor, Crane Operator)
• Operating and maintaining engine room machinery (Motorman, Engine Room Technicians)
• Assisting with drilling operations and rig floor activities
• Conducting inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with offshore safety regulations and HSE procedures
• Supporting emergency response and safety drills
• Maintaining accurate operational and maintenance records
• Relevant technical or offshore experience in the applied position (preferred)
• Technical diploma, trade certification, or engineering qualification (as applicable)
• Valid offshore safety certifications (STCW and/or OPITO, depending on position)
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book (for offshore marine positions)
• Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset
• Willingness to work in offshore rotational schedules
• Good English communication skills
• Strong motivation to build a long-term offshore career
