Job Description
Kuiper Group is currently recruiting experienced offshore professionals to join drillship operations. These opportunities are available to candidates from countries within the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
Successful candidates will support offshore drilling activities, machinery operations, maintenance programs, engineering systems, and drilling equipment operations while ensuring compliance with international offshore safety and operational standards.
This opportunity is ideal for offshore professionals with previous drillship experience seeking short-term or rotational assignments in international operations.

Job Responsibilities
Pumpman
- Operate and maintain mud, ballast, and transfer systems
- Monitor pumps, valves, and associated equipment
- Support drilling and marine operations
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
Derrickman
- Operate drilling fluid systems and mud equipment
- Assist with drilling operations on the rig floor and derrick
- Monitor mud circulation and tank levels
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures
Third Engineer
- Support operation and maintenance of engine room machinery
- Monitor propulsion and auxiliary systems
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist senior engineering officers during operations
Fourth Engineer
- Assist with engine room operations and maintenance
- Conduct inspections of mechanical equipment
- Support repair and maintenance activities
- Maintain engineering logs and records
Requirements
- Previous Drillship experience is mandatory
- Candidates must be eligible to work within the ECOWAS region
- Valid offshore certificates and maritime documents
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in an international offshore environment
Additional Requirements for Third Engineer & Fourth Engineer
- Valid Marshall Islands Certificate of Competency (CoC) required
