Job Responsibilities
- Perform drilling operations according to assigned position
- Support safe rig floor activities and drilling equipment operation
- Assist with rig maintenance, inspections, and housekeeping
- Operate drilling machinery and associated equipment safely
- Follow company HSE policies and drilling procedures
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
- Maintain operational readiness and teamwork throughout drilling operations
- Report equipment defects and operational issues promptly
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied drilling position
- Experience on land drilling rigs or offshore drilling units preferred
- Valid industry safety certifications as required by the position
- Good English communication skills
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
- Ability to work in physically demanding drilling environments
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Physically and medically fit for drilling operations
