Job Description:
The Workshop Foreman will manage daily workshop operations, ensuring all maintenance and equipment preparation work is performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise workshop technicians and allocate daily tasks.
• Coordinate with engineers and materials team for timely equipment delivery.
• Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and safety standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks and supervise safety compliance.

Requirements:
• Thai nationality only.
• Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of workshop supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
