Job Description:
The Scaffolding Foreman will oversee all scaffolding activities on the offshore project site in the Black Sea. This position requires strong leadership and technical knowledge to ensure that scaffolding is erected, inspected, and maintained according to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with HSE standards
• Coordinate daily tasks and work permits with offshore management
• Inspect scaffolding materials and structures regularly
• Maintain detailed work and safety documentation

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Scaffolding Foreman on offshore or industrial projects
• Valid scaffolding supervisor certification
• Medical fitness and offshore safety training
• Right to work in Europe (EU passport or valid permit)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
