Key Responsibilities:
Supervise rigging crews during lifting and hoisting operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and lifting procedures.
Coordinate with drilling and mechanical teams for efficient operations.
Inspect lifting equipment and report defects or unsafe conditions.
Train and guide riggers to maintain safe practices.
Requirements:
Relevant rigging certification.
Proven experience as a Rigger Foreman in oil & gas drilling projects.
Strong leadership and safety awareness.
Ability to work in high-pressure and offshore environments.
