Job Description:
The Painting Foreman will lead a team of industrial painters offshore, ensuring high-quality coating and surface preparation activities are performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise painting and coating operations
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE procedures
• Inspect and approve surface preparation and finished coatings
• Schedule work and manage paint material inventory
• Coordinate with QA/QC and other departments

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Painting Foreman (offshore or industrial)
• Knowledge of coating systems and surface preparation methods
• Medical and offshore safety certificates
• Right to work in Europe
• Leadership and quality control focus
