Job Description:
The Insulation Foreman will supervise all insulation works, including installation, maintenance, and inspection of thermal and acoustic insulation on offshore structures. This role ensures quality, safety, and productivity in all insulation activities.

• Plan and supervise insulation tasks for piping and structures
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and HSE standards
• Manage and motivate insulation teams offshore
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance
• Maintain accurate job and material records

Requirements:
• Experience in insulation supervision (offshore or industrial)
• Knowledge of insulation materials and techniques
• Medical and offshore safety certification
• Right to work in Europe
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
