Job Description:
Lead construction crews on civil and structural projects; ensure works are executed to drawings, quality standards and time schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise masonry, concrete, formwork and finishing teams.
• Read drawings, set out works and enforce QA/QC checks.
• Manage materials and subcontractors on site.
• Conduct safety briefings and monitor workmanship.
• Record daily progress and report to project manager.

Requirements:
• Trade background with supervisory experience; 4–7 years construction experience.
• Good knowledge of concrete works, formwork and finishing.
• Strong leadership and quality-control skills.
• Valid medical and site-specific certifications.
