Job description
Responsible for supervising and coordinating operational and maintenance activities at offshore facilities. Leads multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe and efficient execution of work, in compliance with technical standards and procedures. Works in operations planning, performance monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring equipment integrity and operational continuity. Works on board, following strict safety and environmental protocols.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading teams in offshore operations.
Technical or higher education in related areas (Mechanics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Production or similar).
Solid knowledge of safety standards, maritime operations and industrial maintenance.
Skill in planning, coordinating and executing operational and maintenance activities.
Mandatory certifications for offshore work (CBSP, HUET and other applicable requirements).
Ability to analyze failures and make quick and effective decisions.
Proactive profile, leadership and excellent communication for managing multidisciplinary teams.
