Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on-site activities for a major construction project in Erbil. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage both skilled and unskilled labor to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards on site.
Experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
As per project and company standards, main duties include but are not limited to:
· Supervise daily site activities and guide workers according to approved drawings and work plans.
· Allocate tasks to skilled and unskilled labor and ensure proper work sequencing.
· Ensure all works are executed in accordance with project specifications, method statements, and safety requirements.
· Monitor workmanship quality, productivity, and progress, and report any issues or delays.
· Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized on site.
· Enforce site safety rules and ensure full PPE compliance at all times.
· Coordinate closely with site engineers and other foremen to ensure smooth execution of works.
· Assist during client/regulatory inspections and ensure timely correction of any non-conforming works.
· Maintain accurate daily records of manpower, activities, and progress.

Requirements
· Technical diploma or relevant trade certification is preferred.
· Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on construction experience.
· Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a Foreman or similar supervisory role.
· Experience in high-rise or large-scale projects is a strong advantage.
· Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and method statements.
· Strong understanding of construction safety standards and quality control.
· Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Kurdish or Arabic is beneficial.
