Deck Foreman
Job Description:
Archer Offshore is currently seeking experienced Deck Foremen for upcoming offshore projects in various international locations.
The Deck Foreman will be responsible for leading deck crews during lifting, rigging, and installation operations, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and in accordance with approved procedures and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising and coordinating deck crew activities
• Overseeing offshore lifting and rigging operations
• Ensuring compliance with approved lift plans and risk assessments
• Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Inspecting lifting equipment and ensuring certification validity
• Liaising with Crane Operators, Offshore Supervisors, and Project Management
Requirements:
• OPITO Rigging Certificate
• OPITO Banksman Slinger
• Valid GWO Certificates
• BOSIET / FOET
• Valid offshore medical
• Strong leadership experience in offshore deck operations
• Proficiency in English

• UK Right to Work / UK Frontier Work Permit
• Schengen Visa
