Job Description:
An ongoing opportunity is available for experienced Deck Foremen to join Jack-Up drilling rigs operating in the North Sea. The role offers a long-term 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotational schedule. Candidates must have previous offshore drilling experience, the required offshore certifications, and the legal right to work in the UK or EU.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Supervise and coordinate all deck operations onboard the jack-up rig.
Lead deck crews during lifting, cargo handling, and marine activities.
Ensure safe execution of deck operations in accordance with company HSE procedures.
Coordinate with the offshore management team to maintain efficient daily operations.
Monitor deck equipment, housekeeping, and compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates and all mandatory offshore certification relevant to the role.
Valid offshore medical certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
UK or EU candidates only with the legal right to work.
Previous experience as a Deck Foreman on Jack-Up drilling rigs or similar offshore installations.
Strong leadership skills and knowledge of offshore deck operations.
