Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Description:
Seaworks Qatar is looking for an experienced Barge Foreman to oversee marine and offshore construction activities onboard barges, ensuring operations are executed safely and efficiently according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise all barge operations including lifting, positioning, and marine works.
• Coordinate activities between deck crew, engineers, and vessel officers.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and marine regulations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Report progress and incidents to the project management team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore or marine construction projects.
• Previous experience in barge operations and marine supervision.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET or equivalent) preferred.
