Job Description:

We are currently recruiting an experienced Barge Foreman for immediate deployment in Qatar to support ongoing marine and offshore operations. The role involves supervising barge activities, deck operations, and coordination with marine and project teams, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong barge operation experience, leadership skills, and high safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of barge and deck operations
 • Coordination of cargo handling and marine activities
 • Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and site regulations
 • Monitoring daily operations and workforce performance
 • Liaison with marine supervisors, crane operators, and port authorities
 • Reporting operational activities and safety observations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Barge Foreman or similar role
 • Experience in marine / offshore / industrial projects
 • Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
 • Strong safety awareness and leadership skills
 • Ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure environment
 • Good English communication skills
