Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced Floormen to join an Offshore Drilling Rig project in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time opportunity within the Oil & Gas sector for candidates with previous drilling rig experience.
The successful candidate will support daily drilling operations, ensure safe handling of drilling equipment, and assist the drilling crew in maintaining efficient rig floor operations while complying with company HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Follow all rig floor safety regulations and operational procedures.
Assist in rig-up and rig-down activities and the installation of drilling equipment.
Operate rig floor equipment including tongs, elevators, and slips.
Monitor and maintain the drilling mud system.
Assist with inspection, maintenance, and servicing of drilling equipment.
Support the preparation of drilling fluids and rig operations.
Assist in training and mentoring new floorhands.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Driller, Drilling Supervisor, or Rig Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floorman on drilling rigs.
Valid STCW certificates (if applicable).
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Previous experience in the Oil & Gas drilling industry.
Good English communication skills.
Strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in a team environment.
