Glotech Marine is seeking an experienced Floorman to support offshore drilling operations. The successful candidate will work as part of the rig-floor team, assisting with drilling activities, equipment handling, maintenance, and safe execution of rig operations.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Driller and Assistant Driller with rig-floor operations
• Handle tubulars, drilling tools, and rig-floor equipment
• Support tripping, making and breaking connections, and other drilling activities
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of rig equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow HSE procedures, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work requirements
• Previous experience as Floorman / Roughneck on offshore drilling rigs
• Valid relevant offshore and drilling certifications
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid BOSIET/FOET or equivalent offshore safety certification where required
• Valid passport and relevant offshore documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
• Physically fit for offshore work
